Key contribution
Directed and verified agent-led research, then shipped the build. Caught four of five return calculations in the incumbent tool as unusable.

Validated the fragmentation hypothesis through community research, then narrowed a two-sided platform pitch to one corridor, one audience and a thirty-step tracker, and shipped it.
